Inhofe Calls on EPW to Hold Hearing on Implementation
Washington, D.C. – Senator James Inhofe (R-Okla.), Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, said today the overwhelming bipartisan vote in support of the Collins-Inhofe amendment, S. 4253, to the supplemental appropriations bill (H.R. 4899), highlights growing concern with the implementation of the Environmental Protection Agency’s new Lead-Based Paint Rule (Lead RRP).
